Glass Beads for Road Marking Paint
Glass beads are high-performance, organic materials used in road marking applications. The specialized coating on these beads reduces surface adsorption of dust from the air. Due to the inclusion of specific coupling agents, the beads exhibit improved cohesive force with coatings, preventing tiny glass beads from sinking into the coating. Their flotation functionality allows them to remain on the surface of the coating, providing a large surface area that increases utilization rates by more than 30%. Reflective glass beads have become an indispensable material in road safety products.
